homework.
- Exercise/
engage in physical activity.
- Eat healthy.
- Get enough
sleep.
- Talk to
someone you trust. Maybe they can help. Mentors are great for
this!
- Listen to
music.
- Read a "fun"
book.
- Practice
good time management.
- Make a To
Do List.
- Contact

- Set aside
time every day to unwind and relax.
- Have fun!
- Try not
to think about school projects, exams, etc. before going to bed.
- Don't procrastinate.
